Across our builder network, fiberglass projects typically land between $55k–$85k, and custom gunite between $70k–$130k+ depending on size, finishes, and features like spas or fire elements. Your quote includes real line-item pricing for your specific yard — and if you want to sanity-check it, additional bids are one request away.
Is this service really free? What's the catch?
Really free, no catch. Builder partners pay us to receive matched homeowner projects — that’s our whole business. To stay in the network they must pass and maintain the MyPoolMatch Builder Standard. You never pay us anything, and your quotes are the builders’ standard pricing, not marked up.
How do you vet the builders?
Before a builder joins the network we verify their active Florida contractor license (CPC), current liability and workers' comp insurance, review history across Google and the BBB, and state complaint records. The full checklist is published in "How We Match You" above — we re-verify licensing annually and remove builders who fall below our homeowner-satisfaction threshold.
How many companies will contact me?
One — the top vetted builder for your area. If you’d like more quotes to compare, just ask (there’s a link in your confirmation) and we’ll connect up to 2 additional vetted builders. Only your matched builders ever receive your information — never lead lists or other marketers.
Am I obligated to hire one of the matched builders?

Who handles permits, warranties, and construction?
